click to enlarge		Step 2: Site Preparation Site Preparation and setting foundation are the second and most important steps in the process as an exact measurement for foundation is necessary. This involves excavating crawl space, digging footings and erecting foundation walls.
click to enlarge		Step 3: Home Delivery Once your foundation is set, your home is delivered to the site by carrier in sections (modules).
